Whether you're looking for industrial, commercial, office or retail space in the Portland metropolitan area, our searchable online database and customized real estate service offers solutions for your site selection needs.

The property results you'll receive using the Portland Prospector online database represent a sampling of available real estate in the Portland metropolitan area. Our staff can also provide more comprehensive real estate information. We can assist you with a customized site search to meet your exact specifications, including building type (e.g. industrial, flex or office), square footage, location, buildings for sale or lease, and vacant land. You'll receive your results via email in a PDF format report.

DIRECTIONS - To search for an available site or vacant building:
  1. Select the type of property you want to search.
  2. Type in a number for the minimum or maximum size property you want.
  3. Select wheter (whether) you want the search to be in square feet (for buildings) or acres (for land).
  4. Check whether you want to search for lease or sale properties, or for both.
  5. Select if you want to search for only those properties that have been certified.
  6. Click on the 'Search' button.
